This full-service package is designed for complete nourishment and peace of mind. I handle everything from grocery shopping to delivery. Meals are thoughtfully prepared, labeled, and stored with love and clear instructions. This is ideal for families who want fully hands-off postpartum support.

Includes:

• Weekly meal planning consultation

• Grocery shopping (local & organic when possible)

• Home-cooked or drop-off service (you choose)

• Kitchen clean-up (if cooking onsite)

• Vacuum-sealed or jarred meals stored with care

• Labeled, dated instructions for reheating

• Choice of 2–3 meals per session (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack options)

Meal storage options may include:

• Flat-packed soups/sauces in Ziplock bags

• Soup freezer cubes

• Glass jars

• Vacuum seal packs or travel cases Pricing starts at $325 per session + groceries

• $30 delivery fee (within 15 miles; extra fee applies for longer distances)

• Add-on items such as cookies: $10–12/dozen

• Food storage supplies can be billed separately as needed
